This page covers the marketing website at healthshifthero.com: what it collects when you visit, and what happens when you email us. It does not cover the Health Shift Hero platform itself, which facilities and agencies use under their own agreements.

What this site collects

This site has no forms, no accounts and no sign-in. The only information collected about visits is through Google Analytics, which we use to understand which pages are read and how people find the site. It records:

• the pages you view, how far you scroll, and links you click to leave the site;
• the page or site that referred you;
• your approximate location (country and city, derived from your IP address — Google Analytics does not store the IP address itself);
• your device type, browser, operating system and screen size.

To tell repeat visits apart, Google Analytics sets two first-party cookies on this domain, _ga and _ga_ZBGQX9PV16, which expire after two years. Google Analytics keeps event-level data for two months and visitor-level data for fourteen months; after that only aggregated reports remain.

What we do not do

• No advertising. Google's advertising features (ad storage, ad personalization and Google signals) are turned off for this site.
• We do not sell or rent visitor information, and we have turned off Google Analytics' optional settings for sharing data with Google.
• This site does not collect patient or health information.

Your choices

• Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics sets no cookies for your visit.
• European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. Visitors from these regions get no Google Analytics cookies; only cookieless, aggregate measurement is sent.
• Opting out everywhere. Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on stops Google Analytics on every site, and blocking cookies for this domain in your browser stops it here.

Email and hosting

Mail sent to hello@healthshifthero.com is forwarded to our inbox by Cloudflare Email Routing. We use what you send only to reply to you. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect it.
